Requirements and Experience :
- To manage all AP and Inventory related records.
- Managing all AP related payments.
- Applicant must have a good understanding of statutory requirement (VAT/SVAT/IT etc.)
- Produce weekly MIS concerning AP Stock and Inventory.
- Be responsible for stock valuation and verification.
- The applicant must be familiar with ERP/Accounting Software
- Exposure to final accounts will be an added advantage for this position.
- Exposure to BOI procedure & reporting is required.
- Forecasting & preparation of payment plans.
- Should be willing/able to travel outstation to monitor subsidiary factories.
- Needs to manage the subsidiary company related financial activities.
- Should have the ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- The applicant will be required to liaise with overseas supply chains and the parent company.
Qualifications :
- Part Qualification in CA/CIMA and or full qualification in AAT
- 5 years’ experience in the field of Accounting & Finance with minimum 2 years in AP related activities.
- Preference will be given to those who reside in proximity to Panadura with apparel trade exposure.
- Good communications skills and hands on experience in MS Office & ERP.
