Blood Donation Drive
A blood donation drive was carried out at the First Steps Baby Wear Factory in Panadura. Over 100 employees volunteered to donate blood to the National Blood Bank of Sri Lanka, for emergency use.
After donating our personnel were treated to rest, refreshments, and revitalizing drinks courtesy of First Steps Lanka.
- 2020 and 2022 our team hosted a Christmas party for an orphanage in the area. A truly heartening experience.
- We installed Pedal Taps during the Covid Pandemic for Police Headquarters in Panadura. It deemed useful to not only the Police but also to the people of the area as well.
- We funded the Sanitization of the General Hospital in Panadura during the COVID pandemic.
- We distributed staple food items and dry goods to an Elders home to help them manage, at least in a small way during the ongoing economic crisis in Sri Lanka.
- We help to build communities and give back by offering employment to the people in the area and the villages in and around our factories.
