We strive to maintain and increase our capacities to grow our reach annually with the help of our framework.
Sewing
We have the potential to produce over 2.4 million garments per month with a framework of 1650 sewing machines.
Printing
We have the capacity to print approximately 0.1 million garments/pieces per week with 3 Printing tables and a new Spider automated printing machine.
Cutting
We have the latest framework of technology and machinery such as Lectra and CAD/CAM for accuracy and optimum fabric use. Together with Pin Tables for exact matching of stripes in garments.
Embroidery
Our embroidery facility consists of four. 20 head embroidery machines and two 18 head machines which have the capacity of producing varied embroidery applications including quilting large and small frame designs
